Thanks for purchasing our products at CBS KITCHENWARE. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 3 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Buyer Policies

Buyer must make a unboxing video of each and every product. Images, reasons are also be uploaded by buyer in case of any type of return.

Non-genuine Return

• In case of non-genuine return 20% of the amount will not be refunded to buyer.
• Non-genuine excuse like (finishing problem)
• Party does not took pickup
• If buyer not accept delivery within 3 days then logistic will take OTP from customer.

Genuine Return

Full amount will be refunded to buyer in case of genuine return.

• Size set not matched
• Design not match
• Defective piece

Seller Polices

12% commission will be charge by CBS KITCHENWARE on every invoice amount +18% GST on commission will also be charged from seller. In case of non-genuine returns 5% of the invoice amount will be given to seller in that case where buyers does not accept delivery. In case of genuine return all the expenses of shipping will be charge from seller.

TDS Policy

TDS shall be charged on the product value (excluding G.S.T) 0.75% up to march/31/2021, 1% after April/2021.

TCS Policy

TCS shall be charged on the product value (excluding G.S.T) 1% tax For return order CBS KITCHENWARE will adjust 1% TCS as recover from return deduction value.

Payment Period

• 15th & 1st of every month
• Date- 15th (1 to 15 days )
• Date- 1st (15 to 30/31 days)
